Telehealth

For the First Session

• You will receive a welcome email which will include a link to fill out information. Please fill out all forms sent to you

• You will receive a link via Google meet to access the session 

• Please be in a space where people not involved in the session can hear or see you otherwise the session may have to end due to HIPAA regulations 

• In session expect to review intake information and then discuss what brings you into therapy

For all other Sessions

• Please be prepared with what you want to discuss

• feel free to take notes

• Please contact Chris by call, text, email or platform messenger to let him know if you are unable to make a session otherwise you are subject to a fee
