Chris describes anxiety as the state of being uncertain. Folks have never been more aware of so many things they can be uncertain of than they are now in the 21st century. With so many numerous questions folks so desperately need the answers to, for some anxiety has become less of an occasional concern and more of an ongoing, life-altering state. Here are some of the more common symptoms of anxiety:
-
Sleep issues
-
Eating issuesv
-
Fatigue
-
Irritability
-
Worry and difficulty controlling worry
-
Feelings of impending doom
Anxiety is really concerned with controlling the uncontrollable. It takes people outside the boundaries of themselves in their thoughts and actions. Anxiety is often much more manageable with talk therapy. And when talk therapy does not seem to be enough there are other options to consider Anxiety doesn’t have to control you, and you can begin to overcome it by showing up and asking for help.
